Hampton Inn Juno Beach

From day one to day five, the entire staff, exceeded expectations. Clearly a team culture where guests are first has been instilled in everyone from the front desk to the guest services cleaning our rooms. The best part, the coffee/tea station. Always available, always hot, 24/7 makes our stay top notch. Clean rooms, clean parking lot, impeccable lobby and kitchen area, laundry services, front desk staff... Oh and the 5PM chocolate chip cookies were a blast for our party! Breakfast offered a great variary, from waffles, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and more. Plenty of options for everyone. Also, so many hotels in the area all charge you to park your vehicles. It was so refreshing to see no vehicle parking fee at this property. One of the main reasons we chose to stay here for our 5 day stay.

This was our first time using Hampton Inn & suites even though I have been a Hilton Honors member since 2015,The hotel,the staff,the management and facilities were excellent,The room was large and had a small kitchenette with sink,microwave and fridge outside of the hotel was a nice swimming pool that we did not use and a pagoda with 8 rocking chairs,All of the staff we very nice and helpful especially the guy who checked us in and the manager whoes name I think was Elenore who greeted guests every morning in the breakfast area.It was a short walk or 5 minute car ride to the beach.

Breakfast was excellent. I really appreciated the hot oatmeal and lots of fruit options. The location was perfect for our purposes. Close to the area where we had an appointment, close to beaches, and many good restaurants nearby.

Room was large and clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast was tasty.

The property was conveniently located, clean, great staff, lovely breakfast with many options, safe and overall, super lovely. I will definitely stay here again.
